Thank you for shopping with Trips and Tribes (Haute Escape Atelier). This policy covers payment, delivery, and returns for everything in our shop — digital guides and physical products. Questions? [contact email].

Payment. All prices are in euros, dollars or Ghana Cedis. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Digital products (city guides). Guides are delivered as a download link, sent by email immediately after purchase. By completing your order, you request immediate access and acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned or refunded once the download has begun, in line with your consumer rights. If your link doesn't work or doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll fix it right away.

Physical products (posters, tote bags & more). Orders are prepared within 8 business days and shipped to [France / EU / worldwide]. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Returns & refunds (physical products). Under EU law, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition; return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive and check the item, we refund you within 14 days.

Damaged or lost orders. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at helloetcompagnie@gmail.com within 3 days with your order number and a photo if relevant. We'll replace it or refund you.
