2. What we offer. Digital travel guides (downloadable), physical products (posters, tote bags and similar), and bespoke travel planning services ("Plan a trip").

3. Orders & pricing. All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. An order is accepted once payment is received and confirmed.

4. Digital guides & intellectual property. Our guides, illustrations, maps, text and designs are the property of Trips and Tribes and are protected by copyright. When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own travel. You may not resell, share, redistribute, reproduce or publish any part of it without our written permission.

5. Physical products. Delivery, returns and refunds for physical items are covered by our [Shopping Policy] and by your statutory consumer rights.

6. Bespoke travel services. "Plan a trip" is a personalised planning and coordination service, quoted individually. Specific terms — scope, price, deposit, payment schedule and cancellation conditions — are agreed in writing before we begin. Our role is to design and coordinate your journey; services provided on the ground by third parties (accommodation, drivers, guides, activities) are subject to their own terms, and we act as your organiser in good faith to the extent permitted by law.

7. Use of our content. The information in our guides and site is shared in good faith and kept as accurate as possible, but travel conditions change. You remain responsible for your own travel decisions, documents, insurance and safety. We can't be held liable for changes, closures or third-party services beyond our control.

8. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, infringe our intellectual property, or use our content for unlawful or commercial purposes without permission.

9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
